I'm a freshman and I play football, wrestle, and run track.
Books that have that mysterious edge to them thrill me. It’s mysterious when the kids were kidnapped and were being tested at a military base. There are more mysterious actions that take place in this book. The main character is Anna, while the other characters are Sam, Nick and Cas. They teens are always on the run, finding more places to hide out at. Sam and Anna have a “thing” going on between them relationship wise.
This book contains many climatic situations. With the teens on the run, they have to protect their identity when they go out in society, but they also have to watch out for undercover personnel who are in the branch. As one thing leads to another, they must keep a low profile, no one goes out alone and there’s always a curfew. If not back in time for curfew, there is an immediate meeting wants that person returns.
Problem-solving is big in this book for many reasons. When the teens go places, they have to dress differently, change their names and always never stay at a certain place for a large amount of time. Also, there is a plan in which they would ever get caught. A situation comes later in the book where the plan unfolds.
Memories from Anna’s old life begin to resurface and a familiar figure from her childhood reappears. Anna will be tested. The question is, is a military branch chasing them. Or will she be reunited with her real family. The bold question is how were her memories erased?
