Bleach is a Japanese series in either manga (book) or in anime you can read and or watch. The story itself is great; it is mainly about a hot-headed teen, Ichigo Kurosaki, learning how to use his new powers. He obtains the power of a Soul Reaper, basically the “death God”, somewhat similar to the Grim Reaper. His newfound powers force him to take on the duties of defending humans from evil spirits and guiding departed souls to the afterlife. Anyone should read this book series, especially if you like lots of action and long series. Right now Bleach is in the thousands of books and is still going. If you would rather watch it, each book is one episode in the anime series.
